PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (Masking)
No previous experience is required. Must possess an aptitude to learn how to do masking of parts for gas turbine components or airline structures prior to plasma spray or painting. Able to work overtime as needed. Good attendance is required. Must be able to read and understand written planning and follow verbal instructions.
SANDBLASTER OPERATOR
No previous experience is required. Must possess an aptitude to learn chemical cleaning and sandblasting of aircraft hardware to remove excess coating, welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal and plastic products. Must be able to clean work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and understand basic written planning and follow verbal instructions.
Able to work overtime as needed. Good attendance is required.
THERMAL SPRAY OPERATOR
Requires 2-4 years thermal spray experience in a manufacturing or industrial repair, aerospace preferred.
Must be able to get certified in all applicable coating materials and processes and pass any required eye examinations.
Must be able to read and understand written planning and follow verbal instructions.
Responsibilities: Sets up thermal spray tools including selecting the appropriate fixture and identifying the proper spray schedule; performs daily qualification test; Identifies and resolves problems with thermal spray equipment, masking and fixtures. Performs minor and preventative maintenance on all thermal spray support equipment.
Able to work overtime as needed. Good attendance is required.
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Maintenance Mechanic requires 2-4 years previous experience and must be able to read and understand English.
Must have the skills and abilities to perform electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs on welding power supplies, controllers, motors, pumps, compressors, dust collectors, air dryers, chillers and other mechanical repairs.
Some minor machining, cutting and welding skills will also be required.
