Dust Collection System

Flame Spray Inc has installed a new Dust Collection System. We have installed  4 new state of the art 16,000 CFM dry dust collection system.  They are comprised of a cyclone separator, 48 cartridge filters and a final Hepa Filter.  These systems have an efficiency of 99.999% resulting in the best method of controlling and capturing the dust generated by the thermal spray coating process.  These systems will collect the dust from 6 spray booths making FSI the largest  Thermal Spray independent job shop in the United States, compliant with all air pollution requirements.

Robots

Two new Axis Robots have been added to FSI's existing equipment.  The robots will be installed into two large booths that are equipped with Plasma, HVOF, Arc and Thermal Spray Systems.
